Fees

Fees at the centre are set by the Management Committee and are subject to change, depending on the budget, with two weeks’ notice. As a rule, we budget once a year and agree on fees for the coming 12-month period (July-June). Our aim is to keep fees to a minimum while maintaining a high quality service.

Your weekly fee will be calculated according to your days of enrolment. Fees are generally charged at a daily rate although sessional (half-day) fees may be available for occasional care bookings.

Current fees are:

  • Daily fee – $170.00
  • Weekly fee – $850.00
  • Half-day fee – $120.00

Fees may be paid by cash or cheque to the Centre Co-ordinator or by direct deposit to our bank account. Credit card facilities are not available. Fees should be paid fortnightly or 4-weekly, in advance, unless agreed otherwise with the Centre Co-ordinator.

No fees are charged for the closure period over Christmas/New Year (usually two weeks). Full fees are payable at all other times, including absence for sickness, public holidays or any other reason except when a holding fee has been arranged.

Holding Fee

When at least two weeks’ notice has been given for a child’s intended absence from the Centre (e.g., holidays), a holding fee (50% of your normal fee) may be charged. Holding fees are available for absences of whole weeks (not single days) for up to 2 weeks in any calendar year.
